Configuring Norton, Symantec, and AVG Anti Virus

Please use the following instructions to configure Norton Norton, Symantec, Bit Defender, Sophos, Spyware Doctor, NOD32, or AVG Anti Virus to exclude/ignore PC Pandora so it does not detect or alert against your PC Pandora installation. Please refer to the specific version of the product you are using for the proper instructions. Though these directions are specific to these products you may also use them as a basis to configure other anti virus programs as well. Many of these programs use similar terminology and configurations.

It's important to note that PC Pandora is a retail monitoring program. It is typically purchased by users to monitor children's online activities in the household. It is not a virus or mysterious spyware installed by remote hackers. To install PC Pandora you have to agree to the terms of the license agreement and only install only on a computer you have permission to install to. You can read the full EULA text HERE.

  • Open Norton Internet Security
