How do I configure PC Pandora to email reports to me?
IRIS Email Reports provides activity reports to you via standard email. Reports can include any data that is already recorded in the viewer. Thus IRIS Email Reports allows you to view activity while not requiring you to have physical access to the computer being monitored. IRIS Email Reports is configured and setup the same way as any other standard email program such as Microsoft Outlook.
Please refer to the IRIS section of the PC Pandora Help file as it details how to successfully configure IRIS to email reports to you. You can access the IRIS help by opening PC Pandora and clicking the Help menu or pressing F1 and then navigating to the "IRIS email reports" section. The Help file includes a variety of step-by-step instructions on how to configure IRIS for many popular internet/email providers. You can also access an online version of the IRIS help here. Where do I find recorded emails?
PC Pandora will log all inbound and outbound emails processed by Windows based email clients such as Outlook Express and Outlook in the Emails tab of the viewer. All web-based emails such as Hotmail, Yahoo, and GMail will still be captured. However, you will find those emails logged in both Snapshots and Keystrokes. Back To Top

Can PC Pandora be installed remotely, like through email?
No. PC Pandora cannot be installed secretely through email. You must physically install PC Pandora on the computer you wish to monitor. Back To Top
I have purchased PC Pandora and want to install it on my desktop *AND* laptop. How can I do this?
The purchase of PC Pandora Standard provides you with a single license key that can be used to register PC Pandora on a single computer. The purchase of PC Pandora Pro provides you with two registration keys that can be used to register PC Pandora on two computers. If you wish to install PC Pandora on more than one computer simultaneously you must purchase a license for each computer. Back To Top
Can I install PC Pandora on my husbands/wife's work computer?
You must physically install PC Pandora on the computer you wish to monitor. To install PC Pandora on any computer you must have the following:
- Physical access to the PC Pandora installer.
- Physical access to the computer you wish to monitor.
- Administrative privileges on the computer you wish to monitor.
Note: To install PC Pandora you have to agree to the terms of the license agreement. You must agree to install only on a computer you have permission to install to. Back To Top
Does PC Pandora support 64 bit Windows?
PC Pandora does not currently support 64 bit Windows operating systems. There is no ETA if or when support for x64 may be available.
How do I install PC Pandora?
- Download the PC Pandora installer from this link http://www.pcpandora.com/bin/PCPandoraSetup.exe

Run the installer on the computer you wish to monitor. After clicking the link above, simply click RUN or OPEN when the dialog window pops up.
- To install PC Pandora you have to agree to the terms of the license agreement. You must agree to install only on a computer you have permission to install to.
- If you get a password prompt it means that a version of PC Pandora is already installed on your computer. Enter your PC Pandora password in order to proceed with the installation.
- Proceed with the installation.
- Type in a password in order to protect access to your PC Pandora software. Don't forget the password! You will not be able to use PC Pandora without it!
- IMPORTANT! Make a note of the default HOTKEY combination. You will need to know this sequence of keys to gain access to PC Pandora viewer after installation in Stealth mode. You must press and hold down the Alt - Shift - and Ctrl keys and then press the letter Z while still holding the other 3 keys down.
- NOTE: You should change your PC Pandora HOTKEY sequence. This will help ensure security from intruders.
- Choose Stealth mode if you want the program to be hidden, or select Visible if you want the program to display an icon in the taskbar while recording.
- Installation is complete. Select YES to reboot your computer and begin monitoring.
- Once monitoring has begun press the HOTKEY combination to open the Viewer to see the recorded activity.
- Once the trial expires to unlock all PC Pandora Viewer's functionality click on the 'Register' option in the 'Help' menu to obtain and enter your registration key.

How do I uninstall PC Pandora?
To uninstall PC Pandora please do the following:
- Open the PC Pandora viewer
- Enter the viewer password when prompted
- Click File/Uninstall on the menu
- Choose Yes to the uninstall confirmation
- Un-installation will proceed
- Choose Yes to the uninstall reboot request to complete the un-installation process

PC PANDORA: PASSWORD PROBLEMS
I can't get my password to work. Can you reset it or tell me what it is?
Please try your password again with and without CAPS LOCK on. Then try with no password at all by leaving the password field blank. Also try entering your registration key as the password (if you have purchased a key). If you still have issues we require you to contact us using our website email contact page. Our policy is to only provide the password to you via the email account registered at the time of purchase for security reasons. Here is our contact page. Back To Top
Where do I find recorded passwords?
PC Pandora will capture all keystrokes, including passwords, that are physically entered on the keyboard via key presses. Passwords entered into webpages and applications can be viewed in the Keystrokes logs. You can locate them easiest by sorting the view by the application or webpage you are looking for. Passwords used to login to Windows can be viewed in User Activity logs. Back To Top

Will PC Pandora work on a Mac? Linux? Cell phone?
PC Pandora is currently compatible with Microsoft Windows 98/Me/NT4/2000/XP. There are no plans at this time to create a version compatible with the Mac, Linux, Windows Mobile, or any other non-Microsoft Operating System. Back To Top

How do I receive product updates?
PC Pandora does not include any method to provide automatic updates. This is to maintain the stealth nature of the application. You must visit our website to download the current version if an update is available. Back To Top
PC PANDORA: REGISTRATION PROBLEMS
I cannot register my copy of PC Pandora or my registration number is not working (or any other registration related questions).
Please make sure you are connected to the internet and that any firewall software is configured to allow PC Pandora to connect to the internet. Also make sure you are entering your serial number/registration key as it appears in the email sent to you. If you continue to have issues registering it may be easiest to simply disable/exit ALL applications in your system tray (by your clock), register, and then reboot your computer to re-enable all of your system tray applications.
